Privacy Policy

The short version: this site has no accounts, no database and no login, so there is nothing here that could store a profile of you. What does collect data is the advertising, and the third-party games you choose to play. This page says exactly what each one does.

What this site itself stores

Nothing. Every page is a static file generated in advance and served off disk. There is no form, no comment box, no newsletter and no account, and the server keeps only the ordinary web log every server keeps: the requested address, a timestamp, a status code, your browser’s user-agent string and the IP address the request arrived from. Those logs are rotated and deleted on a ten-day cycle and are used for one thing — spotting a page that has broken or a bot that is hammering the site.

Advertising

Google AdSense serves the advertising on this site. Google and its partners use cookies to decide which ads to show you and to measure whether they were seen, and those cookies may draw on your activity on other sites as well as this one. That is a Google system, not ours: this site cannot see who you are, and receives only aggregate counts.

You can turn personalised advertising off, and it is worth knowing where:

• Google Ad Settings switches off personalisation across every Google-served ad, including the ones here.
• optout.aboutads.info covers the wider set of advertising vendors.
• Blocking third-party cookies in your browser also stops it, and this site keeps working normally without them.

The ad script is deliberately not loaded until you interact with the page or the browser goes idle, so simply opening a page and leaving does not start it.

The games

Tiny Fishing is hosted on this domain. Every other game is loaded in a frame from its own publisher when you press Play, and at that moment your browser is talking to that publisher directly. They can set their own cookies, save your progress in your browser and apply their own privacy policy, none of which this site controls or can read. If that matters to you, the safe assumption is that pressing Play is the same as visiting the publisher’s own site.

Progress in games that save — coins, upgrades, high scores — is stored in your own browser’s local storage on your own device. It never reaches this server, it does not follow you to another device, and clearing site data erases it.

Cloudflare

Traffic to this domain passes through Cloudflare, which filters attacks and caches pages closer to you. Cloudflare sets a cookie to distinguish visitors from bots and keeps its own short-lived request logs.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect anything from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information through something on this site, write in and it will be dealt with.

Your rights

Because no personal data is collected or stored by this site, there is no account to delete and no export to request. For the data Google’s advertising holds, use the Ad Settings link above — that is where the record lives. Anything else, ask.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. There is no mailing list to notify, so the page itself is the record.
